Are you the CEO? A CEO does three things: people, money, and projects. People: finding and retaining the best and building culture. Money: fundraising, cash flows, pricing. Projects: customers, partners, vendors, priorities. If those appeal to you, go for it. If not, lead tech development and find a partner CEO.
