Lael Ayala, Grid Innovation Intern 2024-2025
"This internship was such a valuable experience. I appreciated being part of events - it gave me a front-row seat to the innovation happening on campus and beyond. I’d definitely recommend this internship to anyone curious about startups, innovation, or just looking to get involved in something dynamic and student-centered.
Arjun Batra, Grid Innovation Intern 2023-2025
The Harvard Grid Innovation Internship taught me how to define a startup’s core problem through constant customer-centered iteration and to embrace action over perfection in venture building. From creating digital content to supporting climate tech bootcamps, the hands-on experiences and incredible mentors made it a transformative journey.
